We have been going to this location for years and it has always been good. The last time we came here the service was atrocious. We thought every place can have a bad day. We returned tonight and once more the waitress was slow, disorganized, running around like a chicken with her cut off. This may be our last time at this Bertuccis. Their help is unprofessional, poorly trained, and seem to be more concerned with socializing with other employees.
Quiet location located in the heart of holliston, the area is a little run down. The food and ambiance however were on par with the other locations. They give you fresh baked bread at the start of the meal with oil and garlic. Not a lot of vegetarian options other than the basic spaghetti dishes. There are a few appetizers that are also good.
The food was freshly made and oh, so good! Portion sizes and meal prices were right on the money. If you ever the opportunity to stop in at Bertucci's, definitely ear there!
The pizza is AMAZING!!! I love their rolls too! Ten margarita pizza is the best! Having free rolls is very nice! The inside is nice and cozy. I love this place.
Great food! Very nice staff! Beautiful decor! Combine these three items and you've got a winning restaurant.
Food was very good, but 1 hour and a half wait for pick-up on a Thursday is a bit much...
